Common questions
- Facts aren't loading? LoreRoad generates stories live from the web, so it needs a network connection. Check your signal and try again.
- No nearby stories? Make sure Location is allowed for LoreRoad in your device settings, or tap anywhere on the map and choose "Generate facts here".
- Saw something wrong or inappropriate? Every fact and chat reply has a Report action — use it and we'll review the content.
- Want to delete your account? Go to the Account screen and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and saved progress from our servers.
- Keeping it family-friendly? Turn on Kid Mode in Settings to filter content for younger passengers.
Safety first
Please don't interact with the app while driving. Let a passenger drive the screen, or keep it hands-free with audio.
